Hi
I recently upgraded to SuSE 9.3, and I couldn't mount my Novell Volume
anymore. As root, all went ok, but as user alex, it doesn't work, even no
error message.
Here is the line: /1.2.3.4 /home/alex/ETAT ncp
user,owner=alex,A=1.2.3.4,S=1.2.3.4,U=alex,passwdfile=/home/alex/.pw,c=alex

What is wrong?
Thanx in advance!
Al

Saturday and Sunday is the Linux Fest !!!
We still need some help.
- On Friday evening to prepare the rooms
- During the event to help for small tasks.
- On Sunday after the event to help clean-up.
Please either register on the wiki or send an e-mail
if you may come.
http://www.lilux.lu/wiki/index.php/LinuxFest
For the event it would be good that all members wear their
LiLux T-shirts so they may be recognized.
We still have T-shirts for those who don't have one.
Do not forget to advertise the event !
Thanks.

Is there anybody on the list who has time and experience with (very
simple) handwork?
Indeed, we thought it might be a nice idea to but the outside arrow
signs on a flat support, so that we can fix them to lamp-posts,
columns and other round objects without needing to wrap the poster
around that object (which would make them less readable)
This doesn't have to be anything complicated: maybe a flat wooden
panel for behind the poster, or just a bar at the top and the
bottom. Due to the additional weight, we might however need some
better way of attaching them (piece of string or wire?) than last
year.
Postscripts can be found at the following URL:
http://www.lilux.lu/PromotionalMaterial/LinuxFest2005/Arrows/
The only signs that go outside or on a column (and need plastification
and a flat backing) are the arrows, and the concert sign(s).
N.B. Right now, we're still finalizing the design, so don't start too
early ;-) [But by Saturday morning, I think the design will be ok to
go]
Thanks,
Alain

I would like to have your feedback about the quality, availability,
reliability, ... of Luxembourg-Online Internet access, by DSL or by
Cable-TV. Also about their policies regarding port filtering, quality of
their help-desk, and so on...
If you have any experience with their VoIP service, I'm interested as well.
Thank you.
