Trials through other ISPs shown that, in _all_ cases, they are just resellers of EPT at least for the last mile loop, making no solution possible before december. I think also it should be underlined that phone services are still imposed when applying for a copper line for aDSL services. Lots of peoples wish to have this copper line for Internet access only, and are obliged to pay for a phone service they don't wish (as they have VoIP and GSM services already). I recently asked some cable operators if a company that wish to have Internet access through cable network should pay for the TV service as well. The answer is always "yes". Why people that have TV services through the cable don't pay for the Intenret access service they didn't applied for, and the opposite is not true ???
