I just got to read these in Spiegel Online. It makes one wonder...
I sure found a lot of factual errors in there.

Hehe, we should tell Spiegel that 1st of April is *next* week, not
this! I especially like the bit where they claimed that "even computer
professionals do no longer expect that their system doesn't
crash". What's this nonsense?!?

SCO will be happy to hear this!
The article also tries to make the reader believe (although it does not
write it) that Windows is a fault tolerant system. It describes Linux as
an old software that (unsuccessfully) tries to prevent system crashes.
According the article experts agree that crashes are unavoidable in
complex systems. Modern OS'es (Windows isn't explicitly named) should
try to crash intelligently to limit damage.
