in Luxembourg or anywhere else with FrenchSwiss keyboard layout

If I remember right, ECS (http://wwww.ecs.lu) sells Asus Laptops with or
without OS...

I know at ECS http://www.ecs.lu you can buy normal PCs without OS.
Their site does not say the same about laptops, but in AFAIK they are
quite cooperative, so giving them a call will let you know more... ;-)
