No, they should be fine for a complete installation.

Haven't got any myself.
If the target PC has a decent internet connection (I see
you're using DSL, that would be fine), I'd recommend to
simply get yourself a net-install CD (with PPPoE for the
DSL stuff if you aren't using a DSL router), boot from that
one and install via network.
You only need to download what you actually want, it's
more current and a nice way of doing things anyway.
