Hello Happy new year. I always have the problem, that I don't know how to configure 3D for my graphics card. I have an nvidia RIVA TNT2 based card on a suse x86_64 system. Updating the graphics driver in YAST doesn't work, so I tried to configure it manually. I ran the script nvidia-installer... ...run, but the driver reported me that my card isn't supported by that driver. I have to use the legacy driver. ???? Where can I find it? I downloaded an older version of the driver, but this still gives an error while compiling, due to the fact the binary part is built to work in xfree86, but my SuSE 10.0 is based on Xorg. Where can I download or compile a driver with 3D accceleration suitable for my system? Thank you Al
