It is in your contract: you have 10GB/month included,
so they are
supposed to count it! If they don't, nice for you, if they do, they are
totally right.
well yes, but they told their customers too, that they aren't able to count
the traffic and as soon as they would find out how to do that, they would
notice everybody.
well they didn't!
contract or not... that are unfair practices IMO.
and i expect something different from an ISP, sorry, but that's my opinion.
and for 2gb
over limit they charge 10€.
wow.
Even for less than that they charge 10€! (And they charge 10€ for every
10GB)
