I suspect that you want an opensource or free tool? And I guess that mrtg probably does
not fit your needings.
My old employer has one. This is using some open source product (Mysql, Apache) but of
course it is not free. But if this would help you:
The company called Infovista, and the product you would interested then is Vista Insight.
