Well, until last week's cock-up, I never had to
complain about their
service.
except for one time, at the very beginning of their cable service, when they
uploaded a broken firmware to my modem (remotely) and the modem was f**d, i
have nothing to complain about their service neither.
everything works fine
Once in a while they have short routing problems, but
nothing major.
i haven't experienced anything the like yet.
and neither have i experienced any unscheduled downtimes, or sudden-high-pings
or the like (as i had been _constantly_ experiencing with p&t adsl...)
The only annoying thing is that all their traffic
still goes through
Brussels ... and when I open my browser, I end up on google.be ... in
dutch !
yup, that is annoying :-)
but i can live with it (change your preferences in google and you'll see
google.lu in whatever lang you like)

Georges Toth
