I will also bring my Desktop, who has a 3D card installed, especially for
showing openuniverse.

games installed ?
4. Distributions on CD:
We could need some Knoppix and Debian who may do ?
I have here a Knoppix 3.4 from the DELUG (in german). I don't have CDR's
for
writing, but got burners.
5. Distributions of Posters and Invitation to the
Fest.

6. LAN party: we have ordered 5 Graphics cards, 3 will
be lent to us.
7. Courses: there I am confused.

What is needed on courses PC as we have to prepare them
8. Who can come on friday evening to help with preparations ?
Am not sure, if I find the time. Don't count with me. If I am there, I will
surely help.
9. Flyer: we need to finish the text and make posters
out of it.
