Not sure if that's going to help, maybe I'm completely off base...
but do you run "nscd" (name service cache daemon)? That one might
help with these problems - if it doesn't generate problems of it's
own (which I've also seen).
Also, in case you want to have fun with your internal network (that
is, if you're crazy enough to want to play with this), you may
consider to set up your own local DNS (I confess... I did so, even
at home). That should rid you of any DNS problems with Coditel.
