AFAIR you have a static IP... I have a feeling they treat those users
differently.
I'm using dynamic IP and sometimes __during a session__ the DNS suddenly
loses adresses or routes or whatever memory disease it has.
I'm _connected_ to linux.lu or yahoo or whatever, I click on an inside
linke or just refresh the page and it can't find the server any more,
doesn't remember it's IP and can't find it.
I open a shell, do a few pings and suddenly the DNS remembers...
