It works now, if I open it in Firefox with the mplayer plugin and using

VLC also supports proxy. Enter it in
Preferences->Input/Codecs->AccessModules->HTTP/HTTPS
VLC also supports a SOCKS proxy (you need to check the "Advanced" box
in the lower right corner):
Preferences->Input/Codecs->General
Unfortunately, it doesn't work. I
placed the proxy in, but it was no
able to play. Donn't know why!
