Did they changed their conditions ? I hope so, but too late. I hate them
for that. And their rates are above the rates I quoted from Alternet.
Also, VO is related to EPT, where Alternet is using a separate backbone
and is installing their own DSLAMs (ADSL concentrators) progressively,
so they are NOT PLANNED to keep business with EPT, which sounds nice to
me as well.

related to their DNS, but rather to a failing Powerline adapter.
i was a customer of them.
if there are alternatives, i would prefer not to go with vo
