Oh, less about that :-)
You can get Cisco support from several companies here in
Luxembourg. I guess +- usual rates will apply there.
I found though that the cisco.com website does provide
quite good documentation, even if it can be tedious to
find the right one (thanks google for the site:blah.xyz
feature).
@work we go through one of the larger lux. "houses"
regarding Cisco stuff, so in case of serious security
issues or somesuch, we bug them to provide us with the
updated IOS version.
