gforce, cpu, hdd are supported for sure.
ethernet, should be.
dvd burner should work.
and check if they individually run on Linux,
and especially on 64-bit Linux.
why especially on 64bit linux ?
I'm not aware of any common and recent hardware which doesn't run on 64bit.
Also,
does this model use SATA already? If so, there might be
issues booting from older distributions' install media.
From the site you mentioned below...no :-)
Just
use a recent version, and you should have no problems.
A problem one might encounter too, is a buggy bios or acpi implementation.
I know of some recent acer models which refuse to boot a linux cd with default
settings....
But again....use the latest installer cd you can find, which should solve such
problems, or make it easier to circumvent...
