I only noticed unavailabilities very early after they started
their offerings, these past 2 years I can't remember a single
downtime. The speed certainly is there.
Helpdesk by email: if you get an answer, it'll be months later.
Maybe it just took that long because I don't contact them for
simple stuff ;-)
Guess you'd have to call them by phone. The one time I did, I got
good service.
No idea about them filtering (never noticed anything anyway), didn't
look at VoIP yet.
