Among those 2, Debian. Ubuntu isn't there quite yet.
Personally, Slackware, it's stable and I know it best.
Slackware 10.2 has PHP4 and MySQL4 as well, Slackware 11.0 will be out
shortly, currently with MySQL 5.0.22 and PHP 5.1.4. Also, Slackware
provides security updates for *years*.
