Hi,
I got me such a machine a couple of months ago.
AMD 64 3500
nforce4 motherboard (asus)
geforce 6600 PCI-X
I run gentoo on it.
Everything works just perfectly!
_NO_ problems with nvidia stuff (as mentioned otherwise by alex).
At start there was some trouble because of PCIX... but that got resolved.
For the rest... the only thing you currently have to live with, is that there
is no 64bit flash plugin...
So you gotta use a 32bit firefox + flash
But that's not too disturbing :-).
