I never tried to do an CD operation, neither floppy access.
Does SuSE have a bug in automount.
And what with this subfs filesystem???
Help please!
Dont' know SuSE very well, but try to stop automount and try if that's better,
then update automount maybe the bug is already fixed ;) If all this fails, install DEBIAN
!!
